1. (1) A Bilingual Training Programme, hereinafter referred in as “the Programme” , is hereby instituted under the authority of the Secretary General of the Presidency of the Republic. (2) The purpose of the Programme shall be to :

1- GENERAL COURSES : FRENCH AND ENGLISH They are mainly offered on-site, at the Centre but could also be offered off-site. General English or French courses focus on communication skills and strategies in various contexts and situations.
Admission
- No application is required. - Take a placement test at the Centre of your choice. - Know your level and register on the appropriate date. - Registration and course dates will be given to you during the placement test session, or by our registrars and secretaries.
